No refunds, cancel any time
Subscriptions are paid in advance for monthly or yearly periods. No refunds are made for a paid period, and there are no partial refunds or credits for the remaining time. Before you buy, you can try every feature in the live demo, which resets every night.
Cancellation
- Open the Subscription page of the portal in your dashboard.
- Press Cancel subscription and confirm.
- Your portal stays open until the end of the period you paid for and then doesn't renew. For card payments, automatic renewal stops immediately.
If you can't access your dashboard, write to [email protected] from your account email.
Changing the billing period
You can switch from monthly to yearly or from yearly to monthly in your dashboard. The new period starts when your current period ends; the period you paid for continues as is and the difference is neither refunded nor credited.
Erroneous charges
If there is an error such as being charged twice for the same period, write to [email protected]; the amount charged in error is returned to the original payment method.
Your data
After cancellation, your portal is suspended when the period ends. Your data is kept for 60 days; if you subscribe again within that time you continue where you left off. After that, the data is permanently deleted.
