Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card: TRY in Türkiye, EUR or USD abroad. You pay on your bank's secure page; your card details never reach us. Your card is never charged automatically.
What happens when the period ends?
As your period nears its end we send you a reminder email, and a payment link appears in your dashboard; pay whenever suits you, early if you like. If payment is late, your portal stays open for 7 more days before it's suspended. Your data stays safe in the meantime, and your portal picks up right where it left off once you pay.
Can I cancel?
Of course, you can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your portal stays open until the end of the period you've paid for, so you can keep using it until then. The remaining time within a period isn't refunded.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a separate trial period; instead, you can try every feature at your own pace in the live demo, which resets every night. When you're ready, start monthly and switch to yearly from your dashboard whenever you like.
